The main feature of these slides is it has a small footprint. Each floor frame is 28.5” long and 17” wide. The channels are 18.5” wide.
Slides come in pairs (2 slides), a pair is needed for one rowing machine. Each wheel carriage consists of 2 wheels. That is a total of 4 wheels for each slide or 8 wheels for each pair of slides. The wheels are attached to a channel that carries each leg of the rower forward and back.
Each slide utilizes a light elastic bungee type cord to keep the carriage in position on the frame.
The slides and channel carriages are made from 3mm/.120″ thick sheet metal, painted with a tough powder coat finish.
